Terms and Conditions for Appointments Cancelled Within 48 Hours:
- Cancellation Policy: If an appointment is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled time, a re-booking fee of £25 will be required to schedule a new appointment.
- Re-booking Fee Payment: The £25 re-booking fee must be paid prior to securing a new appointment slot.
- Refund Policy: The re-booking fee of £25 is refundable and can be credited in two ways:
- At the Next Appointment: The fee will be refunded upon attendance at your next scheduled appointment.
- Dress Purchase: The fee can be deducted from the final purchase price of any dress bought during the new appointment.
- No-Show Clause: Failure to attend the re-booked appointment will result in forfeiture of the re-booking fee.
- Rescheduling Options: If you need to change your appointment again, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid an additional re-booking fee.
These terms ensure clarity on cancellation and re-booking policies, making expectations clear for both parties.
